Join the Women's Team for a Canoe/Fire Night

• When: Friday, September 17th
• Time: 5 pm till dark-thiry
• Where: Heavner Canoe Rental - 2772 Garden Rd, Milford, 48381
• Details: 5 pm Pizza and pop followed by a nature walk and reflection time sunset paddle
• Pick-UP at Central Park and back to Heavner Canoe Rental for a bonfire.
• Cost: $19 per person

High Ropes Course Update

This was a team building event that brought 20 women and friends from the River, out, there were several high ropes obstacles that had to be overcome. You were paired with another woman at the bottom who you had to rely on solely for your safety and overcoming the next obstacle. It was really cool because there were a series of questions that had to be asked and answered before each obstacle was over come, is your gear in all the right places, for safety reasons.
If one of those questions were overlooked or if one step wasn’t taken before clearing it with your ground buddy, failure and injury were sure to take place.

At the end of the grueling exercise, there was the rewarding Zip Line, which was a blast, and it rained the whole time we were out there. Appreciated rain, because it was HOT!!! It was a great experience and no one was injured!!!! Fun was had by all.

Friday Morning Coffee and Chat

Ladies Golf

Do you enjoy golfing?  Not very good?  Don’t you know that practice makes perfect?  And even if perfection isn’t to be found, fun and fellowship sure is!  This group will be meeting on Tuesday evening’s at local golf courses to enjoy 9 holes of golf.  Can’t come every week?  No worries, make it when you can.  So make sure you sign up you and your golf buddie!
