Our Mission

To turn the largest number of non-churched, seeking people into fully devoted followers of Christ.

Our Vision

To be a Christ-centered, high-impact regional church that has local, regional, national and international influence.

Our Core Values

Christ-centered. Full devotion to Christ is the norm.

Jesus Christ reigns supreme in all areas of life; therefore, the pursuit of full devotion to Him should be the desire of all believers. This includes personal authenticity, character, wholeness, stewardship, servant hood and the relentless pursuit of Kingdom goals. (Philippians 2.1-11; 2 Corinthians 8.7; John 13.12; Ephesians 4.25-26, 32)

Bible. Biblical truth changes lives and is culturally relevant.

God’s Word is the primary means God uses to change lives. Anointed teaching that is culturally relevant and doctrinally sound is the catalyst for personal transformation and growth and church transformation and growth. (Romans 12.7; 2 Timothy 3.16-17; James 1.23-25; Hebrews 4.12-13)

Church. The local church is the bridge between God and culture.

The local church is the primary means to bring people to God and to equip them to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Pastors, elders, staff, and “partners” use their resources, spiritual giftedness and talents to serve Christ and the church. (Matthew 16.18; Acts 2.42-47; I Corinthians 12.12-31; Ephesians 4.11-16; I Timothy 3.1-13; Titus 1.5-9)

Relationships. We are wired for relationship with God and others.

Growing in a relationship with God happens best when we are in authentic, loving relationships with one another. We believe this happens best in the context of smaller groups. (I Corinthians 13; Luke 10.1; John 13.34-35)

People. All people matter to God and to us.

Because every person matters, we do not want anyone to experience a Christ less life or eternity. Since the greatest choice a person could ever make is to have a life-changing relationship with God through Jesus Christ, we are committed to sharing this message personally and as a church in a way that is relational, intentional, non-confrontational and on-going. (Luke 5.30-32; Luke 15, 19.10; Matthew 18.14)

Excellence. Excellence in everything honors God and inspires people.

God desires our very best in all areas of our lives; therefore, we will strive for the highest quality in everything we do as a church for His glory and not our own. (I Corinthians 10.31; Colossians 3.17; Proverbs 27.17)

Impact. We serve the world across the street and around the world.

To love our neighbor means to serve those in need locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. We believe that planting churches is the best way to reach people who have not experienced a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. We believe that serving the needs of our community is the best way to have an influence for Christ in our area. We believe that we can have a global impact as a church by being the hands and feet of Jesus throughout the world. (Micah 6.6-8; Matthew 25.31-46; Acts 1.8; John 17.15-19)
